I’m Matt Cockfield, founder of Cockfield Advisory and creator of the Cockfield Advisory Method (CAM) — a framework that helps business owners bring structure to growth.

After decades leading procurement, contracts, and compliance in some of the most regulated and operationally demanding industries, I learned how large organizations build systems that scale — and why smaller ones often struggle to. Most entrepreneurs don’t fail for lack of effort;
